Logs

When we send a file to you, or you send one to us, we create logs of the transmission. These logs can be useful for debugging purposes, and also to keep a record of the transmissions sent between us.

You can view these logs any time on this site.

Log structure

Each individual log records an individual action during the course of a transmission. This action could be as simple as a transmission start, it could record a successful file transfer, or it could record an error.

Each log also contains a transmission id. Individual log records that relate to the same transmission will have the same transmission id.

Viewing Logs

You can view logs directly on this site by clicking on the logs tab on the top nav bar. You can also download logs as a JSON file for further review or processing by using the interface at the top of that same page.
